Job Title: Sales Executive (Equipment & Rentals)

Position Overview
This role is focused on driving revenue growth through the sale and rental of industrial equipment, with an emphasis on material handling solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and closing sales. This position requires collaboration with internal teams including service, parts, and administration to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new business leads through research, cold outreach, and client visits
- Promote and sell material handling equipment and rental packages
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline data in the CRM system
- Liaise with technical and administrative teams to ensure prompt service and delivery
- Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights
- Participate in client engagement events, trade shows, and brand activations
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong sales acumen with effective negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in industrial, automotive, or construction-related sectors is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is advantageous
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be open to local travel
