We are seeking a Freelance Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process for a range of clients. You must be highly organized, responsive, and capable of working flexibly across various time zones and schedules.
Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews (virtually and in-person, where applicable)
Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Draft job descriptions and advertisements for various roles
Assist with scheduling interviews and follow-up correspondence
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activity
Participate in client intake calls and recruitment planning as needed
Previous experience in HR or conducting interviews is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekdays and some weekends as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using recruitment platforms and video conferencing tools
Degree in Human Resources or related field is an asset but not required
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
