Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing, sales, and distribution strategies that achieve brand visibility, growth, and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans to drive market share, revenue, and profitability.

  • Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and consumer insights to recommend and execute strategies for growth.

  • Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key partners to strengthen brand presence in the market.

  • Train, coach, and motivate the brand/sales team to consistently deliver high performance.

  • Ensure adherence to customer service, quality standards, and compliance with internal processes.

  • Represent the brand in key account meetings, tenders, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or sales leadership, with 3+ years in a managerial role.

  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of marketing tools/analytics.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in FMCG, healthcare, or retail distribution will be an asset.
