We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing, sales, and distribution strategies that achieve brand visibility, growth, and profitability objectives.
Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans to drive market share, revenue, and profitability.
Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and consumer insights to recommend and execute strategies for growth.
Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key partners to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Train, coach, and motivate the brand/sales team to consistently deliver high performance.
Ensure adherence to customer service, quality standards, and compliance with internal processes.
Represent the brand in key account meetings, tenders, and promotional events.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or sales leadership, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of marketing tools/analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience in FMCG, healthcare, or retail distribution will be an asset.
