We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across three busy restaurant locations.
You’ll oversee everything from staffing and stock control to customer service, finances, and compliance ensuring each location delivers exceptional experiences every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to motivate teams, and loves creating operational excellence.
Oversee daily restaurant operations across all 3 branches.
Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Chefs, and service staff.
Maintain top-tier food quality, service standards, and presentation.
Manage rosters, performance reviews, and training.
Monitor stock, suppliers, and delivery logistics.
Review sales, expenses, and profitability reports weekly.
Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance at all times.
Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
95% of shifts fully staffed.
100% completion of daily operational checklists.
Gross profit margin meets or exceeds budget.
Customer review ratings of 4.5⭐ or higher.
Maintenance issues resolved within 48 hours.
5+ years in restaurant or hospitality management.
Experience managing multiple locations (2+ years preferred).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory software & Microsoft Office.
Valid Food Safety Certification required.
Experience leading teams of 20+ staff preferred.
