The Waitress will provide exceptional customer service, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and help create a warm and welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner
Maintain table cleanliness and dining room standards
Process payments and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions
Assist with opening and closing duties
Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience
Previous experience as a waitress/server is an asset but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
