Key Responsibilities:
Make business calls and send emails during business hours.
Manage the company calendar, schedule meetings, and book appointments.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Draft, review, and edit proposals.
Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist with recruitment, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
Requirements:
Highly professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have own laptop and reliable internet access.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
