Key Responsibilities:

  • Make business calls and send emails during business hours.

  • Manage the company calendar, schedule meetings, and book appointments.

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Draft, review, and edit proposals.

  • Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Assist with recruitment, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements:

  • Highly professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have own laptop and reliable internet access.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
