The Vehicle Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying prospects, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting clients throughout the vehicle selection and purchasing process. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about electric vehicles, including key features, charging options, and ownership benefits, and be confident in educating customers on these topics. This role requires a proactive, customer-first approach and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins
- Provide personalized vehicle consultations to match customer needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and EV/hybrid technology
- Prepare and present quotations and product features with professionalism
- Guide clients through pre-approval, sale, and delivery processes
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data for lead tracking and reporting
- Support promotional efforts including events, partnerships, and vehicle showcases
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional buyers
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably automotive or retail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
