We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Pick-Up & Delivery Driver / Attendant to support our growing laundry service, serving both residential and commercial clients, including hotels and short-term rentals.
Greet and liaise professionally with clients
Safely operate the company vehicle to pick up and deliver laundry to homes, businesses, hotels, and short-term rentals
Coordinate with customers to schedule and confirm pick-ups and drop-offs
Ensure all laundry bags are accurately labelled and tagged upon collection
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the company vehicle at all times
Valid driver’s licence for no less than 2 years with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage schedules and logistics
Physically able to lift and carry laundry bags (up to 30 lbs)
Dependable and punctual
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
Able to work independently and follow procedures
