Are you a results-driven construction professional with a passion for managing large-scale building projects?
As our Construction Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through to final delivery. You'll be responsible for:
Developing and executing project plans, budgets, and schedules
Leading cross-functional teams and managing subcontractors
Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across job sites
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
Monitoring risks and preparing detailed reports for senior management
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in construction project management, including 2+ in leadership roles
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams
Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend)
PMP or LEED certification is a plus
Competitive salary (BBD $6,000–$8,000/month based on experience)
