A leading manufacturer and distributor in the industrial sector is seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and lead a high-performing team. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage operations, develop policies, boost profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Drive marketing and sales objectives through strategic planning and execution.
Develop operating budgets and provide strategic direction to the sales and operations team.
Oversee inventory management, purchasing forecasts, and timely stock ordering.
Manage receivables and ensure timely collections.
Prepare regular reports on sales and operational performance.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve peak productivity.
Ensure workplace safety and maintain facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
