We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Service Technician to join our Operations team.
This role combines technical excellence with professional client care. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing water systems to high safety, quality, and performance standards, while representing the company professionally in all client environments.
Service Technicians are accountable to schedules, service coordinators, documented standards, and client commitments. Reliability, presentation, and follow-through are essential to success in this role.
Electrical training is preferred; however, candidates with backgrounds in HVAC, refrigeration, or similar regulated technical trades are also encouraged to apply.
A successful Service Technician:
- Completes installations and service work correctly the first time.

- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair water systems in line with company standards and safety regulations
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct accurate diagnostics and determine appropriate solutions
- Perform equipment change-outs and sanitizations in line with water quality standards
- Carry out refurbishments, testing, and basic warehouse repairs as required
- Identify optimal equipment placement and installation routes
- Flag parts, tools, risks, or special requirements in advance
- Document assessments using job notes, photos, and videos
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and calm approach with clients
- Explain system operation and basic maintenance clearly
- Answer client questions confidently and escalate issues when required
- Capture client feedback and service observations
- Complete and close service tickets and job sheets daily
- Accurately record serial numbers, service notes, photos, and videos
- Obtain client sign-off upon job completion
- Report issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Maintain assigned vehicle in clean and professional condition
- Keep tools and equipment organised and service-ready
- Manage van stock to support first-visit job completion
- Assist with stock tracking and warehouse counts when required
- Formal training in Electrical (preferred), HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical trade
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
