Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing sales contracts with large-scale construction projects, real estate developers, contractors, architects, and other key decision-makers. This role requires a proactive professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction, development, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, realtors, and procurement officers.
- Present and promote Platinum Imports’ products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to management.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, hardware, or real estate sectors.
- An associate degree or first degree is desirable.
- Demonstrated success in securing contracts or large accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Knowledge of building materials or construction products would be an asset.
