As our Waitress, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, maintaining clean dining areas, and ensuring customers leave happy.
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain clean tables and dining areas
Handle cash and POS transactions
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
Experience as a waitress/server is an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, polite, and well-presented
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
